Health and Safety

Bridges Electrical Engineers Ltd recognises that Health and Safety is an integral part of it's operations and that ensuring the safety of its employees, customers, contractors and public at large is it's primary goal.

It is believed by the Managing Director and Directors of the company that compliance with Health and Safety legislation should be regarded as a minimum standard and that at all times the company and it's employees must strive to achieve best practice and with zero accidents.
In order to make these aims a reality, Bridges Electrical Engineers Ltd have developed and implemented a comprehensive Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
The requirements of this system are executed and recorded by all employees at all levels within the company with constant monitoring and reviewing in operation.

All employees are trained in the operation of this system and given specific responsibilities with regard to the Health and Safety Environment.
Health and Safety support is provided by the in house Health and Safety advisor Manage who advises all divisions of the group.

All Project and Contract Managers hold external Health and Safety qualifications.

An Internal Health and Safety committee has been established comprising of a number of employees at different levels. The committee holds meetings on a regular basis to discuss current projects and reviews the company's health and safety current affairs.
