A Built Solution Before We Arrive

Our vision is to provide solutions that offer finished installations – before arriving on site. From pre-built sampling and dosing rigs, pre-wired pump skids or simple pre-built access steps, stands, junction boxes, isolators and pre-glanded SWA cables; Off-Site-Build (OSB) solutions are much safer. They allow a shorter programme and closer quality control with less disruption on site.

Our aim is to build 50% of our installation away from site giving us the advantage of earlier starts, and you the advantage of earlier completions.

We test all our installations according to British Standards supported by our computerised NICEIC certification system.
Customers often ask us to design extensions or modifications to existing installations. Our designers use the original manufacturer’s drawings verified if necessary by site surveys.

Profibus Design & Installation

To meet the increasing demand for cost effective site wide control networks we invest heavily in Profibus training for electrical design engineers control panel builders and site engineers. Continual employee training and development plays a critical part in maintaining our position as a leading MEICA contractor.

To make our Profibus services even more efficient, we have invested in the latest Profitrace testing and diagnostic equipment. We test every cable and termination of every Profibus installation using the Profitrace network analyser generating a detailed report for every customer.
Whether it is a simple 2-pump control panel or a large site network, every Profibus network is analysed after installation.
